Listening to Customers: The Driving Force Behind Our Growth

At Experienced Concepts, growth has never been about chasing trends or expanding for the sake of expansion. Every step we have taken has been driven by one simple principle: listen to our customers and adapt to their needs.

When we first opened our doors, we were an engineering services company. Over time, it became clear that our customers needed more than just design. They needed a partner who could deliver precision machining, consistent quality manufacturing, and shorter lead times. We listened.

To remove vendor delays and improve communication, we invested in machining, added new equipment, and brought critical processes like paint and black oxide in house. Each decision was intentional, made with the goal of improving reliability and ensuring every part met the highest standards. By moving more into in-house manufacturing processes, we provided better control over cost, quality, and timing.

That same approach guided the expansion of eci SpinnOmatic. Many of our customers struggled with the limitations of traditional riveting such as joint failures, inconsistencies, and warranty concerns. By introducing orbital forming, we offered a stronger, more reliable industrial fastening solution that directly solved those challenges.

As our Purchasing and Quality teams will tell you, these investments were about more than efficiency. They were about delivering trust. Bringing processes under one roof has allowed us to stand behind every product that leaves our facility, confident that it meets our customers’ expectations for performance and quality. This commitment to customer-focused manufacturing is what defines us.

The manufacturing industry continues to evolve, and so do we. But one thing that never changes is our focus. Solving real challenges for real people is what keeps our team moving forward.

At Experienced Concepts and eci SpinnOmatic, machines and technology are essential, but in the end, it all comes down to relationships. Our customers trust us to deliver, and that trust is something we take personally every single day.
